    Great article. I have used humour in my training for 15 plus years and find people respond well to it. It breaks the ice and allows people to enjoy themselves. I truly believe that when people are laughing, it opens their mind and makes them far more open to taking in information. I also concur about caring for people. If you don't care for your participant's, you are in the wrong business!
