The program comprises a mix of case studies, panel discussions and interactive sessions designed to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and experience between speakers and attendees from a range of business sectors.
The topics have been developed from a survey of L&D professionals across APAC, with issues such as gaining management support for L&D and training the millennial worker front and centre.
The speakers at the Learning & Development Masterclass comprise heads of L&D and HR from a variety of organisations to ensure the information and insights provided are relevant to the needs of a broad spectrum of the L&D profession.
