Report reveals what HR directors really think about their own leadership skills

Training and development of staff might be paramount to what a HR professionald does, but in today's business environment developing personal leadership and management skills is also becoming increasingly important.
Human Resources Director’s 2015 Asia-Pacific HR Report, out now, asked over 3,000 HR professionals in the APAC region about their key areas of focus over the next year. Survey results found that across the board, developing personal leadership and management skills came in at the top of the priority list. HR Directors in Australia also prioritised staff learning and development, while their counterparts in Asia are focusing on recruitment.
With over 3,100 respondents from 14 countries taking part, the Asia-Pacific HR Report provides significant insight into the challenges and strategic initiatives HR is focusing on in an ever-evolving business landscape.
